Print and cut out the four disks.
Fold back the edges of the first disk, after placing inside it the second and the third disks.
IMPORTANT: The "NOT leap years" disk must be turned to the external disk on which February has only 28 days!
Paste the fourth disk on the folded edges of the first disk.
